These terms govern your use of fotoWOW, a service provided by Altoclick S.L. By using the app you accept these conditions.

The service

fotoWOW transforms and generates product images with artificial intelligence to help you sell on marketplaces. The result is a guide and depends on your source photo.

Credits and payments

• The service runs on one-off credits, with no subscription. 1 credit equals one generation (a photo or a pack).
• When you sign up you get free trial credits, whose results may include a watermark.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Credits already used are non-refundable.
• Purchased credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Free trial credits may have a shorter validity, as shown in the app.

AI-generated content

Images are created or edited using artificial intelligence. They can make the product look its best, so you are responsible for checking that the image still faithfully represents the actual item you're selling and for following the rules of the platform where you post it. fotoWOW is not liable for any misleading use of the images.

Acceptable use

You may not use fotoWOW for illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to impersonate real people. The images you upload belong to you; you grant us the permission needed to process them and provide the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected credits.
