This policy explains how Altoclick S.L. ("fotoWOW", "we") processes your personal data when you use fotoWOW. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law.

What data we process

Account data: phone and/or email for sign-up and login (code-based verification).
Images: the photos you upload and the generated results, in order to provide you the service.
Payment data: handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
Usage data: technical and browsing information, with your consent (see Cookie Policy).

Purpose and legal basis

Providing the service and managing your account — performance of the contract.
Processing payments and preventing fraud — performance of the contract and legal obligation.
Analytics and marketing communications — your consent.

Retention

Generated images are kept for a limited period (typically 30 days) and may then be deleted. Billing data is retained for the periods required by law.

Processors and third parties

We work with providers that process data on our behalf: hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), AI models to generate the images, and analytics/measurement tools (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok) with your consent.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@fotowow.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
