Purpose

fotoWOW is an app that transforms and generates product images using artificial intelligence to help you sell them. Accessing and using the app makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice, the Terms and conditions, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

Terms of use

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the app and its content, in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. Altoclick S.L. may suspend access to anyone who breaches these terms.

Intellectual and industrial property

The content, brand, design and software of fotoWOW are owned by Altoclick S.L. or used under the relevant licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Images uploaded by the user remain their property; generated images are governed by the Terms and conditions.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Altoclick S.L. does not guarantee the continuous availability of the app and is not liable for damages arising from technical failures, interruptions or the use the user makes of the generated images. AI-created images may idealise the product: it is the user's responsibility to check that they faithfully represent the actual item and to comply with the rules of the platform where they are published (for example Vinted, Depop, eBay, Etsy or Facebook Marketplace).

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless consumer protection legislation provides for a different jurisdiction.
